AVX Master EQ Mastering Equalizer · Transistor / Tube Precision mastering EQ with analog soul. AVX Master EQ gives you the control of a modern parametric equalizer with the character of classic analog hardware. Switch between Transistor mode, which is tight, punchy and clear, and Tube mode, which is warm, smooth and glued. Every control is stepped, so every master is easy to recall exactly. Key features Two analog engines: Transistor and Tube modes, each with its own EQ curves and its own saturation. 5-band stepped parametric EQ: shelves on the low and high bands, three bells in between, ±12 dB per band and 8 Q values. Mid/Side on every band: each band and filter can work on Stereo, Mid or Side. HPF and LPF filters: 12 or 24 dB/oct slopes, for a clean low end and a controlled top end. Drive: analog saturation, from subtle color to rich harmonics. Auto Gain: keeps the level matched, so you hear the EQ, not a volume change. Up to 8x oversampling: clean saturation with low aliasing. Built-in RTA: a real-time spectrum analyzer shown behind the EQ curve. Presets: 15 factory mastering presets, plus your own saved presets.
